Following the results of the re-certification audit, JSC IUEC has confirmed the conformity of the existing Quality Management Systems applied in the company with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015

JSC IUEC has demonstrated the maintaining and improvement of the implemented Quality Management System following the results of the re-certification audit for compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 conducted in the company. The audit was conducted by Certification Association «Russian Register».

The declared scope of certification included:
- arrangement and performance of export-import supplies of the nuclear fuel cycle products and its storage;
- warranty service of the low-enriched uranium physical stock (fuel bank).

In the framework of the International Uranium Enrichment Center audit, it has been inspected, inter alia, the activities of the Company in terms of the risks and opportunities, the ability of the employees to analyze and assess the business environment, current external and internal factors affecting the achievement of the planned results, the documentation of the quality management system.

The auditors noticed that International Uranium Enrichment Center has demonstrated the improvement of the QMS implemented in the Company, as well as the developed and implemented associated processes, in addition, the established scopes of responsibilities and the powers of the Company employees fully meet to the scope of application of this system.

It was emphasized that the Company pays a special attention to the storage of nuclear products in full compliance with the requirements of the IAEA, maintaining at a high-level state of the infrastructure and technical facilities.

Following the results of the re-certification audit International Uranium Enrichment Center was provided with a certificate dated 02.12.2020 № 20.1764.026, certifying that the quality management system has been assessed and found to be in conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
